I play guitar in a band, and i notice there are alot of guys at the shows, i'd like to see more women there, so i am trying to resolve this dilemma, so is punk rock the answer?

I'm mostly into 60's and 70's, and I'm sure there are more women like me.

get the hottest guy in your band to promote. girls are more often drawn to bands by their look/style first. music second.

think along the lines of pete wentz and fall out boy.

be warned though that it could draw a sh~tty fanbase, just like FOB.

i don't think someone can just like you for being a punk rocker, just like you can't like someone just for having blond hair, or just for being good at sports. it has to be a combo of good things.
for me, i'm not really all that into punk rock, if that's all you wanted to know.

i love punk rock, but not every girl has the same taste..
If you consider yourself punk rock, stick with it, because it's not worth changing to get a girl, and there must be at least a few good punk girls in the crowd.
