you can get that haircut by just going to your hairdresser, show her the pic, say you want it to look EXACTLY like the picture.

make sure you have a good hairdresser that youve been to before, and stress that you want your hair to have a side fringe and get it razored (thats what you call it when you want it choppy with "scene side bangs")
