I wanna be myself but i don't want to be a poser either i want to be a hip scene/emo girl any suggestions?

Just buy the clothes and backcomb your hair? ... and wear eyeliner?

um well u could try teasing and back combing it?Like make a horizontal part a little past the middle of your head, and then go section by section and spray hairspray on the section and then back comb it. Then lightly comb over the hump like thing u got going on so it doesn't look as ratty, but not too much! u don't want it to fall down.

Ohhh-kkaayy. Yeah. Sorry hun, but that is an oxymoron if I ever saw one. Why don't you try something different....like being yourself and not dressing like a certain label/stereotype.
And please, if you want to label yourself and dress that way...please do something thats not overdone like "indie" or something like that. Indie hair is pretty much messy hair with side bangs that's cut in a softer way. Much more flattering.

If you want to be yourself, come up with your own style. Emo is so overplayed. All these girls look the same.

Be yourself. Don't give in to stereotypes. I was and i still am what everyone would describe as the "emo/goth/punk girl" i always hated being called that but i got used to it cause that's who i am. Don't try to be something your not. It's not what you should be doing, you don't want to look back and remember doing that.

you should buy extensions, i know that everyone says that they are like 70 dollars, but you can get whole sets at www.etsy.com (and searching hair extensions) and they have them for only 45 dollars.
