I need a rock chick outfit for New Year. I have already bought fish net tight (black), knee high boots (black) and a pair of shorts (black). I'm not sure what to wear on top, I did buy one of the small waist coats you can get but I'm not sure about it. My husband loves the rock chick look so I'm looking for any advice that'll bowl him over!
