Try an internet search for Siouxse and the Banshees, very big in the UK a couple of decades ago when punk first emerged.

dont anyone dare say avril lavigne or paramore, thwy are pop, not punk! there is a Rise Against song called Roadside that has a woman singer in it. there s also the band The Slits (who i personally hate), if i think of any more ill get back to you.

Blondie has several punk songs. The band is very musically diverse, so not all of their songs would be considered punk... however a good amount are. "The Hardest Part", "Living in the Real World", and "Eat to the Beat" are good songs.
