Why do skater guys date emo/goth girls?

in my school they skarter guys don't date the emo/goth girls.
they date the normal looking girls.

well that would be stereotyping a lot of skaters don't just date emo/goth girls for example my brother and all of his friends are not into that and I'm not emo/goth and i have had a few skater boyfriends its just what that individual person is attracted to
