u shouldnt try to imitate a persona, just be urself and wear w.e. it is that u like to usually wear, and hang out with ppl that u like. n plz dnt carry a skateboard around if u cant skate, cuz it will only make u look foolish. just be urself, not ths girl that u c in ur mind.

here are my suggestions i am a not a punk/ goth skater girl but, i might be able to help you out

for cosmetics, shop at places like Hot Topic and Spencers or just a regular store and find things like dark eyeliner and stuff like that, but don't take it too dark cause you don't want to have just black on your face add some color

for hair accesories it depends cause if your hair is short, maybe go for a hairband you like or some clips, once again, they have all of that stuff at Hot Topic

for a skateboard design, why would you ask that, not to be rude or anything, but do something you like or else it would be a waste of money on something you may not like, but i do know Zumiez has a nice variety of skateboards

for clothes what do you like, some people i know that are kind of goth/ punk wear tights like fish net tights and short black skirts and trip pants and black jackets

i don't think the nickname is ok but hey that's my opinion

Hot Topic has EVERYTHING i am telling you this right now cause their jewerly is nice i have some from there but whatever you like i don't know how to answer that for you

it depends what type of guy it is cause some punk and goth guys are really sweet

whenever you can be out and about then that's good, just don't do anything bad

if you want to color your hair go for it but i would say dark brown or black

don't go to goth or punk cause you still want to have that skater vibe sort of thing

Im not punk or goth im accutally metal but i just starting listening to lamb of god and moved onto other bands.
