idk either good question but i think goth people are like sad adn stuff like they dotn smile or anythign and i tihnk emo is someone1 whos emotinal lol i really dont no

Goths hate the world and everyone around them.
Emo people hate themselves.

emos are more emotional, while goths are kinda hardcore, etc.
they both wear a lot of black, but goths might wear more platform shoes, corsets, etc.
and goths have more red in their eye makeup, i think.
i dunno.

um..an emo girl cuts herself, a goth doesnt, and as far as outfits go they r kinda the same

Goth peeps basically hate everything that moves.
And them emo children are just lonely and sad.

Ok, I will explain below:
Same:
- both like black, green hot pink and red
- both like to hang together
- both hate preps, like skaters (somewhat)
- both like same music
- both like darkness and the dead
Difference
- Emo's cut themselves
- Goth's don't cut themselves

A goth girl wears clothes in dark colors,black,red,purple,uses fishnet,lace,velvet...!!
I don't have to say exactly what they wear,just that since Goths like the Victorian era they like clothes like dresses,corsets and pale makeup!!
She listens to goth music but can also listen other genres of rock music,metal,doom etc. ,Celtic music and classical music!!
It's common that Goths like art,architecture and the Victorian era!!
But Goths are also known for the way they think,they're open minded and can do whatever they like.Meaning that all of the above are just what a lot of Goths prefer,but that doesn't mean that everyone has to do these things if they don't want to!!For example they can dress differently..!!


An emo girl wears also clothes in dark colors, maybe combine black and pink(not sure) but the style is totally different,it is more scene..!!
She listens to emotional music,or screamo or whatever they listen to,I'm not sure what else they listen to..!!But they listen to bands like MCR,Jimmy eat world etc...!!
Emo is mostly about the style and the music...!!
It's not like it has so much history behind,or is associated with other thing such as art!!!

But these are only labels,ppl can be goth or emo without doing every single thing that others do..!!;)
