Me & my friend wanted to get our hair done in one of those long, emo girl styles. We aren't emo or anything, we just want something different. We don't plan on changing the color, either. Maybe highlights. Is their any cute, long emo hairstyles? (without bangs would be nice; I hope I don't seem too picky)

What you are thinking about are "scene" haircuts, I'll put a few links here to show you.

Using words like "emo" or "scene" to describe a hairstyle is pretty pathetic.

What you're looking for is a choppy and messy style, with lots of body on the top. If you go into a salon and say "I want my hair to look emo", you're going to look like an idiot. Tell them you want lots of layers towards the top, and have it thinned out towards the ends.

Highlights don't exactly work with that cut, either. Tell them you want "blocks" or "peek-a-boos" of color. Those are the thicker ones that'll make the new shape of your hair look a lot better.
