I totally agree with you, she is a poser rock chick. Its like the little high schoolers that PRETEND to be punk and TRY to dress punk and walk around the mall all day. I call them mall rats. There is nothing punk about a skirt. To the first answer-- YES there is a rule to punk chicks wearing skirts, you dont do it.
